Shipping and Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping to most destinations. Shipping costs and times vary based on destination and courier service.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
HYFIX is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
We are not responsible for any loss, confiscation, or refusal of delivery caused by import restrictions or customs issues in the destination country.
Shipment Rerouting
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, any request to reroute or change the delivery address is subject to the carrier's policies and capabilities. HYFIX cannot guarantee that any reroute request or address change request will be accepted or successful. Any carrier fees associated with a reroute or address correction are the responsibility of the customer.
If a reroute request cannot be completed, the shipment will generally either be:
Delivered to the Original Shipping Address
The shipment will be delivered to the original shipping address provided with the order. In this case, the order will be considered successfully fulfilled.
Returned to Sender
If the original shipping address is invalid, incomplete, or otherwise undeliverable, the carrier may return the shipment to HYFIX.
If a shipment is returned to HYFIX, the customer may choose one of the following options:
· Refund: A refund will be issued for the product purchase price, less any non-refundable shipping charges, restocking fees and applicable carrier fees.
· New Order: If the customer still wishes to receive the product, a new order must be placed. The original order will not be reshipped.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
Customers are solely responsible for paying all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and related charges required by their country upon arrival. These fees are collected by the destination country and are not refundable by HYFIX under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for return.
If a product is returned due to a defect or hardware fault, HYFIX will reimburse the return shipping cost. Please make sure to keep the shipping receipt on file so it can be reimbursed. Any customs or tax fees originally paid by the customer remain non-refundable, as they are not collected or controlled by HYFIX.
If a customer refuses or fails to pay customs or importation fees, resulting in the product being returned to HYFIX, the following applies:
- The customer will be charged all return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges incurred during the return process.
- These costs will be deducted from the refund issued to the customer.
- If the total incurred fees exceed the refund amount, HYFIX reserves the right to invoice the remaining balance to the customer.
- Refunds for returns due to unpaid customs fees will follow the cost deductions described above.
HYFIX has no control over customs clearance procedures or related fees.
