Orders shipped outside the United States of America are sent DAP (Delivered at Place). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that if an item is returned due to nonpayment of import duties, taxes, or other import charges, any refund will be reduced by the cost of return shipping and any related fees incurred. Use an import duty calculator to estimate costs. For more information, please read Section 5 and 6 in Terms and Conditions.

GEO-MEASURE Return Policy: Please contact within 15 days of delivery to process return. We will not be able to refund shipping cost, and there will be a $40 restocking fee per unit to cover the RTK subscription cost. No returns will be accepted after 15 days of delivery.
